I founded Makoff Productions to create work that’s bold, human, and a little bit mischievous.
As an actor, director, writer, and producer, I’m drawn to stories and conversations that explore what it means to be alive, with honesty, humour, and the occasional spiritual detour.
Our tagline, matriarchal indie entertainment, is both a promise and a provocation: to lead with integrity, collaboration, play, process, growth, and boldness.
Whether we’re making a film, developing a podcast, or building a creative community, the goal is always the same: to create meaningful, slightly irreverent work that opens hearts and invites people to think (and laugh) a little differently.
At Makoff Productions, we’re serious about honesty and play. Everything else is just noise.

Mission Statement
At Makoff Productions, we believe that making art is also a practice in becoming better human beings. Our work, from films to podcasts and creative collaborations, is guided by integrity, curiosity, and a playful approach. As a matriarchal company, we foster environments where creativity thrives through empathy, inclusion, and honest dialogue, rather than competition or ego. Our leadership is compassionate but clear: we maintain a decision-making hierarchy that provides the structure, order, and safety needed for true artistic freedom to flourish. We value the process as much as the result; celebrating experimentation, embracing mistakes as opportunities to learn, and honouring growth in all its forms. Through our work, we aim to entertain, connect, and remind ourselves of what it truly means to be alive together.

With empathy, clarity, and snacks. We lead with vision, not control. We are building big dreams from care, not conquest.

We commit to showing up - to each other and to the work. Freedom only thrives when there’s trust in the frame.
4. Thou shalt make mistakes and learn loudly.
Perfection is a myth. We grow by tripping, dusting off, and trying again; a little wiser, a little freer.
5. Thou shalt play, seriously.
Because joy is professional. Laughter is how we breathe truth into the room.
6. Thou shalt collaborate like humans, not heroes.
We listen, disagree, repair, and keep creating. The best work happens when everyone belongs.
7. Thou shalt check thy ego at the door.
It can wait outside with its notes on everything but itself. Vulnerability is strength.
8. Thou shalt be bold, be kind, be real.
Pretence is exhausting. Authenticity is magnetic. We choose honesty over polish, every time.

Art isn’t about showing off, it’s about showing up.
